In Ingelheim inmitten der alten Wehrmauern an der Burgkirche wird ein besonders traditioneller Weihnachtsmarkt veranstaltet. Einzigartig sind die "Verweilkrippen", welche bei unwirtlicher Witterung Unterschlupf bieten. Kunsthandwerk aus der Region und Glühwein ausschließlich aus Ingelheimer Rotweinen sorgen in rustikal geschmückten Ständen für eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Auf der Freilichtbühne wird den Besuchern ein Programm aus Musikgruppen und Chören geboten.
